Journal Of Nursing Practice (JNP) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal established in 2017. The journal is published by Universitas STRADA Indonesia in collaboration with PPNI, Indonesia.
JNP aims to advance nursing knowledge and strengthen evidence-based nursing practice by publishing research and scholarly analyses with clear implications for nursing care, education, and management. Its readership includes nurses, nursing researchers, educators, students, and practitioners working in clinical and community settings.

Focus and Scope
JNP focuses on nursing science and its application to the care of individuals, families, and communities across the lifespan. Its coverage includes medical and surgical nursing, emergency nursing, maternity and pediatric nursing, psychiatric and mental health nursing, family and community nursing, geriatric nursing, and nursing education and management.
Submissions must demonstrate a clear contribution to nursing knowledge or practice. Interdisciplinary studies are considered when their research questions, findings, and implications are directly relevant to nursing.

Publication Frequency and Language

four issues per year, in April, July, October, and January. Manuscripts may be submitted throughout the year and must be written in English.

Article Types and Submission
JNP welcomes original research articles, systematic reviews, scoping reviews, and case studies within its scope.
Authors must follow the requirements for their manuscript type in the Author Guidelines and Submission Checklist. Separate Title Page and Main Article files must be prepared using the corresponding journal templates.

Manuscripts are submitted through the online submission system.

Editorial Assessment and Peer Review
Submitted manuscripts undergo initial editorial assessment for relevance to the journal’s scope, originality, scholarly quality, ethical considerations, and compliance with submission requirements.
Manuscripts that proceed to peer review are evaluated by at least two reviewers. Editorial decisions consider the reviewers’ assessments and the manuscript’s scientific contribution.

Published articles are freely accessible through the journal website, supporting the dissemination and use of nursing research. Authors retain copyright to their articles.

Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). This license permits sharing and adaptation for noncommercial purposes, provided appropriate credit is given, a link to the license is supplied, changes are indicated, and adaptations are distributed under the same license.

National Accreditation
Journal Of Nursing Practice is nationally accredited at Rank 2 (SINTA 2) under Decree No. 225/E/KPT/2022, dated 7 December 2022.
As stated in the accreditation certificate, the accreditation covers Volume 5, Issue 2 (2022) through Volume 10, Issue 1 (2027).
