Ownership and Management Information

1.  Journal Ownership and Publisher
Journal Of Nursing Practice (JNP) is owned and published by Universitas STRADA Indonesia, Kediri, East Java, Indonesia. Universitas STRADA Indonesia is responsible for the journal’s institutional governance and provides resources for its publishing operations, administrative support, technical infrastructure, and long-term sustainability.
The publishing institution was previously known as Institut Ilmu Kesehatan STRADA Indonesia. Institutional changes are documented in the journal’s history.

2. Publishing Partner
JNP is published in collaboration with PPNI, Indonesia. The responsibilities of the publishing partner follow the applicable cooperation agreement. This partnership does not transfer ownership of the journal or confer authority to determine the acceptance or rejection of individual manuscripts.

3. Editorial Management
The Editor-in-Chief leads the journal’s editorial management, supported by the editorial board and editorial office. The editorial team assesses submissions, appoints qualified independent reviewers, evaluates review reports, communicates editorial decisions, and safeguards the integrity of published content. The editorial office coordinates submission administration, correspondence, production, and publication records. Technical personnel support the publishing platform, website security, electronic backups, and digital preservation arrangements.
Current editors, their positions, affiliations, and academic profiles are listed on the Editorial Team page.

4. Editorial Independence
Editorial decisions are based on relevance to the journal’s scope, originality, scientific quality, methodological rigor, ethical standards, and the findings of editorial assessment and peer review. The journal owner, publisher, publishing partner, sponsors, and administrative personnel must respect editorial independence. Institutional interests, financial considerations, publication fees, and waiver requests must not determine acceptance or rejection. Editors must disclose relevant conflicts of interest and withdraw from handling affected submissions. Manuscripts involving editors or individuals connected with journal management must undergo independent editorial handling and the same review requirements as other submissions. Further information is available in the Peer Review Policy and Publication Ethics Policy.

5. Journal Ownership and Article Copyright
Ownership of JNP is distinct from copyright ownership of individual articles. Beginning with Volume 10, Issue 1, authors retain copyright in their published articles and grant JNP non-exclusive publishing rights. Previously published articles retain the copyright arrangements applicable when they were published. Details are provided in the Copyright Policy. Reuse of articles is governed by the license accompanying each article.

6. Accountability and Complaints
Universitas STRADA Indonesia and the editorial management are responsible for maintaining accurate information about journal ownership, publishing arrangements, editorial appointments, and policies. Concerns about journal management or editorial conduct may be submitted to jnpstrada@gmail.com or through the Contact page. A person who is the subject of a complaint must not determine its outcome. Complaints involving the Editor-in-Chief will be referred to an authorized representative of Universitas STRADA Indonesia for independent consideration. Where the publisher is implicated, an independent person or appropriate institutional authority will be involved. Complaints and appeals are handled under the journal’s Publication Ethics Policy.

7. Changes in Ownership and Management
Material changes in ownership, publisher, institutional management, or publishing partnerships will be documented and communicated through the journal website. Relevant journal information and external records will be updated as appropriate. Such changes do not automatically alter existing article copyright or licensing arrangements.
